Self Love Ritual for Mothers

So many mothers put their own self care (let alone their own self love) on the back burner.
So many mothers have messages of self criticism, judgment, loathing and shame running their self talk throughout day...
and at the same time, expect themselves to be open, loving, patient, forgiving, warm and gentle with their children (really not possible!!!)
In this FB Live ritual you will bring the love you want so dearly to share with your children, back into yourself, embody it, bathe yourself in it, truly give it to yourself... and then feel it flow over and out into to your children... giving love from a place grounded in LOVE.
We're sharing this ritual because to have the relationship you most truly want with your children… you MUST first have that relationship with yourself.
To unconditionally LOVE your children, you must unconditionally LOVE yourself.
To deeply connect with your children, you must deeply connect with yourself.
To give your children the freedom to be who they truly are, you must give yourself the freedom to be who you truly are.
To help your children grow into the fullest, most connected and aware versions of themselves, you must grow into the fullest, most connected and aware version of yourself.
To find time and space for yourself in your relationships, you must first find time and space for yourself within yourself.
The relationship with yourself is over 90% of the work, its the bottom of the iceberg, its the anchor that holds all else together…
