WHAT'S IN THE PACK?

1) Womb space meditation:

This 13 minute meditation brings you into your Womb Space, into your feminine power and flow. In this meditation you’re guided to breathe, move and live from your womb space, with it as your core.

This audio connects you to yourself, to your inner balance, your inner guidance and your inner wisdom. The Womb Space is the feminine centre that supports you to find creative solutions and in the moment joy. Coming into your Womb Space helps you to think outside the box and to feel grounded no matter what is going on around you.

You’ll be guided to bridge the divide between your Womb Space and your Heart Space, to reconnect these two energy centres in your body so you can compassionately love and give to your family and at the same time, maintain your connection to your Inner Truth, power and self love- caring for yourself and aligning your deepest intentions with your actions.

Listen to this meditation as often as you like. The more you do so, the more easily you will drop into your Womb Space and act from your Womb Space in other moments of the day. It will become a natural and habitual place for you to go and that will change so, so much in your experience as a mother!

2) Claiming your daily mothering mojo:

This 8 minute meditation is designed for you to use daily.

To reconnect you with yourself and the present moment. To reconnect you with your womb space and your power. To reconnect you with the energy of gratitude. To reconnect you with your intentions as a mother and your intentions for the day. To reconnect you with your current single practice.

The reconnection meditation is an anchor to begin your day as the mother you most want to be and the mother you most truly are.

3) Moving Energy & Stressful Thoughts:

This 6 minute meditation brings you to awareness of your current stressful thoughts. When you can see them then they are no longer controlling you and driving your reactions. It then guides you into an awareness of your emotions and into moving them through your body, into letting them flow. It is a meditation to shift you from a place of reaction, emotional turmoil or being triggered, and into a place of ease, conscious choice and connection.

Use this audio whenever you are triggered. Take yourself to the toilet or wherever else you can have a little space and listen to it to come back into a calm and present place.

4) Holding space for yourself:

This 12 minute meditation gently guides you into holding loving space for yourself. It guides you into safely, and gently being present with, diving into, feeling and lovingly holding the layers of emotions that are moving within you, all the way down into the beautiful essence of your present moment experience.

Use this meditation when you are feeling big emotions and have found yourself avoiding feeling them or distracting yourself from them. It will take you into and through them in wonderfully safe ways so they move as they are meant to.

5) Creating your own personal parenting practice:

This 13 minute audio guides you to create your own single practice based on what is currently going on in your family and within yourself.

We take you through exactly what a practice is and how to use it but essentially a practice is an in-the-moment action you can enact, any time, any where and in any situation that brings you back to your own values as a mother, and supports you in bringing the gap between how you want to show up as a mother and how you actually do in the moment.

In this audio you’re guided to draw your practice from deep within. To create a practice that is so true and alive for where you are right now as a mother. You will also anchor your practice within your conscious awareness by creating a touchstone for it and setting up your own reminders to yourself.
